All orders placed on the online shop and whose country (or region) of delivery is outside mainland France or the free trade zone of the European Union may be subject to customs duties. 

These customs duties are imposed by the regulations in force in the country of delivery. The client is responsible for paying these taxes. 

If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or taxes, any sums requested and taxed at www.lesnereides.com to recover the parcel will be deducted from the amount of your refund. 

Please note that customs controls may take place in France, before dispatch, as well as in the country of delivery. These checks may result in additional delivery times. 

La Maison Les Néréides cannot under any circumstances intervene with the competent authorities to shorten these delays or prevent the inspection, for legal reasons. 

If the addressee refuses customs clearance, the parcel will be returned to the sender at the discretion of the competent authorities without any commitment to delivery time. Reimbursement will be made upon receipt.
