What delivery methods are available for France?Updated 2 months ago

For France, the online boutique Les Néréides offers different delivery methods, which are explained below:

- Point Relais / Mon Commerçant / Bureau de Poste - at a rate of €5.00 incl. VAT - free for purchases over €150

These options are available depending on the postcode and may sometimes not appear. This shipment is made by Colissimo and includes a tracking number. 

The indicative delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. 

Once your order has been delivered, it will be available for 15 days at the chosen collection point. You will need to show proof of identity to collect the parcel. Please ensure that the order is in the full name of the recipient. 

If the order is not collected within 15 days, it will be sent back to our premises without any time commitment. Customer service will get back to you by email as soon as it is received. 

During the busy times of the year (Christmas, Sales etc...) some relay points/shops may be saturated, in this eventuality, Colissimo services will inform you of a new collection address by email or text message. 

- Home delivery - €5.00 incl. VAT - free for orders over €150 

This shipment is made by Colissimo and includes a tracking number. The order is only delivered against a signature, so please ensure that the order is in the full name of the recipient. 

The indicative delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. 

If you are absent, a delivery notice may be left in your letterbox informing you that a second delivery will be made or that your parcel will be available at the nearest post office.
