What is the guarantee on Les Néréides products?Updated a month ago

All La Maison Les Néréides creations (excluding fragrances and scented candles) purchased via the online boutique and in our network of boutiques or official retailers are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. 

Proof of purchase (online purchase invoice or purchase receipt) is imperative in order to benefit from the refund/voucher services provided under the one-year guarantee. 

Handcrafted, the jewellery of La Maison Les Néréides is rigorously inspected before dispatch.

The gilding and enamelling that complete our products are sensitive to shocks, which is why La Maison Les Néréides cannot guarantee against any damage they may suffer if used improperly. In order to increase the longevity of your jewellery and preserve its original brilliance, we recommend that you take the utmost care of it (see our Care Guide). 

If your purchase was made via the online shop, please contact us, enclosing a photo of the item, via the Contact Us page, or by telephone on 01 80 50 51 01, from Monday to Wednesday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm and on Friday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm. You can also reach us on WhatsApp on 07 49 73 66 38. 

If your purchase was made in a shop, we invite you to take the part directly to the shop to request a repair or exchange with your proof of purchase (if you are unable to go there again, the repair can be made by post with our customer service department). 

If your purchase was made on one of our partners' websites, please contact their customer service department. 

Please note that the loss of gilding or enamel due to natural wear of the jewellery over time is not covered, nor is any damage caused by inappropriate use of the piece (accident, failure to follow maintenance instructions, negligence).
