La Maison Les Néréides offers a repair service beyond the one-year warranty. 

In the event that your piece is damaged beyond the one-year warranty, our repair workshop, located in Paris, is able to assess the repair. 

These requests are given special consideration and attention, and to ensure that they are dealt with in the best possible way, we invite you to contact our customer service and attach a photo of the damaged part(s).

We will get back to you as soon as possible. If your jewellery is repairable, you will receive a repair estimate. Customer service will then guide you through the process.
