In accordance with national and European legislation protecting online consumers, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel your order without having to justify your decision.

Items must be returned in their original pouchs and must not show any signs of wear, as we will not be able to reimburse you if this is the case. 

Please ensure that the return package is well protected and reinforced to prevent damage to the items during the return shipment. 

Please note that all earrings (excluding clips) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. 

Consumables such as cosmetics and scented candles cannot be returned.

Returns are free of charge for all orders, with some exceptions. Please note that for orders outside France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Ireland, return charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
