How long does it take to return an order, and at what cost?Updated 2 months ago
Returns are free on all orders with some exceptions.
Please note that for orders outside France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Ireland, return costs may apply and will be deducted from the refund/voucher.
Simply print the return slip, stick it to the return parcel and drop it off at the post office within a maximum of 15 days.
La Maison Les Néréides cannot under any circumstances intervene with the competent authorities to shorten any delivery times. The refund/voucher will be made upon receipt.
